My four straw bale garden is set up and wet. I will pour
more water to be sure it’s soaked to the bottom. Then the amendments start the
process of breaking down the straw. It will take two weeks until plants can go
in it. I plan to grow nasturtiums around the outside of the bales for color. I
made calls to two guys who might join the police volunteers. That makes four
people that I have recruited this week.
