Monday again. Rain likely. I may go early for a walk before
senior center duty. Aggie is coming to have lunch and a visit. She needs a new
volunteer place where she is busy. The PD is too quiet for her. I will do the
PT routine at least once today. I need to get muscle memory for each set of
exercises. I want to keep it up after the sessions are over. It’s for my
benefit to pay attention.
