Yesterday was low energy. Managed to get five miles of
walking and watching the Giant’s game. Church was good. We have added young couples
and babies. Positive change for our old group. I’ll go to the senior center for
duty. The two weeks away have been restful. I was burnt out from sameness.
Today I promise to walk the dogs when I come home and replant the dino kale in
the bale garden. It’s time to start a winter crop.
